Penalty shoot-out
PENALTY SHOOT-OUT

Definitions:

i. Definition: (in football (soccer)) A way of deciding the winner when both teams have the same score at the end of a game. Each team is given a number of chances to kick the ball into the goal and the team that scores the most goals wins.

ii. (in football (soccer)) A way of deciding the result of a game that has ended in a draw. Players from each team try to score a goal in turn until one player fails to score and their team loses the game.

8. Method achieves objective(s). That is, a winner will emerge, as stated by the rules. (See perfect PANENKA.)
