| PEER GROUP Definitions: i. A group of people of the same age or social status. ii. The group of people you know who are of the same age as you or who have the same social status as you. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Specific and identifiable members or persons in group. 2. Age and status of persons are measurable and/or assessable. 3. Not some 'exclusive' group! That is, will not discriminate against a physically or mentally challenged person of same age, or against someone suspected to have acquired social status fraudulently. 4. Membership will not be compulsory. That is, there will be free entry and free exit, by members, whenever desired. 5. Healthy competition exists amongst the members. And banters, relationships, etc. between them will be lively and boisterous. 6. The whole of group will serve purpose(s) - be supportive and cooperative with one another - no envy, divisiveness, destructive pressure, undue influence, negative tendencies, unlawful conduct, misbehavior, etc. (To emphasize, connect to #3 & #5.) 7.
