| PEEK Definition: A quick and secret look at something that you should not look at. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to steal a glance. 2. A suspicion or an expectation exists of what the thing should contain or would contain. 3. No request or permission was sought earlier to look at thing. 4. Basis for being disallowed from looking at thing is official; legal, appropriate and reasonable. 5. Adequate time is available to look at thing properly or thoroughly. 6. What will be seen will be remembered for as long as necessary. 7. No unplanned loss will be suffered from unauthorized peep - not by the eyes (sight), mind (psyche), cause (idea), etc. 8.
