* All eleven elements would be in.

1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize).

2. Properly and legally convened. And without any objection, by the 'combatants', about conveners, negotiators, arbitrators, etc.

3. (Reserved.) (A ceasefire or truce is in place before commencement of actual talks, consultations, etc. This confirms the seriousness, readiness or willingness of the fighters to seek genuine peace.)

4. Starts or started early to help maximize possible gains.

5. Participants include all the stakeholders; no party will be excluded without the consent of all the others attending sessions.

6. Full participation will be ensured. That is, all members of a group, caucus, etc. will attend all the sittings, events, etc.

7. Conduct of meetings, wordings of agreements, details of negotiations, etc. will be acceptable to all the feuding parties.

8. Deliberations, discussions, reviews, etc. will be sincere, whole, thorough and comprehensive.

9. Lasts or ends timely, before the likelihood of attaining or securing the peace becomes a mirage.

10. Conclusions and decisions reached and made are enforceable and executed, within the limits of the 'signed papers', and with the backing of the relevant laws. That is, no party will breach any of the terms in the agreement voluntarily and willingly assented to.

11. Happenings and events achieve objective(s), whether the peace obtained is temporary (fleeting) or everlasting (life-long).
