Person is considered appropriate to have a dealing with. 2. Share or percentage of shareholding is specific and definite. 3. Agreements entered with are clearly signed and endorsed by the person - not verbal arrangements, approvals, etc. 4. Does not engage in an illegality or untoward activity that will bring loss to business. (And does not mix business with pleasure!) 5. Roles, duties, responsibilities, etc., if any, are known and person performs these responsibly; satisfactorily and effectively. 6. Will give adequate and timely notice, if and when he or she is to disinvest holding (to emphasize). 7.
