| PANELLIST Definitions: i. (British English) A person who is a member of a panel answering questions during a discussion, for example on radio or television. ii. A person who is a member of a panel and speaks in public, especially on a radio or television programme. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers membership necessary. 2. Did not lobby or pay to be selected or appointed. 3. Adequately prepared for discussion and conversations. That is, was informed on time about topic and event date. 4. Informed, knowledgeable.
