| PHD Definition: (Nigerian coinage - shortened for Pull Him/Her Down) Used to describe somebody who does not support the progress of another person, especially a person holding a public service appointment or serving in a political position, by deliberate actions or inaction aimed at denigrating or frustrating the person disliked. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Puller or 'destroyer' has a purpose and believes act necessary. 2. Easily lies, freely tells tales, cheaply justifies stance, etc. 3. Denies facts, disputes truths, dents the reputations of others. 4. Consistent until aim is attained; does not suggest improvement. 5. Has support behind bad behaviour; bad laws, docile public, etc. 6. Must change their mind if or when situation becomes beneficial. 7.
