| BARBER'S Definition: A shop where men can have their hair cut. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Clean, neat and tidy - within and without. 3. Legally registered as a beauty treatment centre or health service provider. 4. Spacious and bright enough, and also well arranged. 5. Equipment, tools, gadgets, etc. will be modern and hygienic. 6. Cost of service will be announced, advertised or made known, before commencement of a cut. 7. Ambiance of shop will be convenient for customer. That is, atmosphere and the personal hygiene of the barber(s) will be of the highest standards. 8. Adequately furnished with the right type of stool(s), mirror(s), brushes, creams, etc. and music, video, etc. as applicable. 9. Service will be prompt and timely. That is, customer will be attended to as soon as possible. 10. Haircut that will be had will be of the exact style required. 11. Head or scalp of who has a cut will not be injured or wounded from (mis)handling of the head and/or misuse of the barbing tools. 12.
