Not planned or wished for (see definition). 2. Danger will exists or risks will be posed, in the state, for or to all who will be around or come in contact with thing. 3. State or condition was preventable, if adequate carefulness or planning and arrangements were made. (To emphasize.) That is, condition does not arise from a freak incident/accident. 4. Loss or reduction, waste or wastage, etc. of energy, that would arise will not be beneficial in any way. 5.
