Overemployment
OVEREMPLOYMENT

Definition: (US) (economics) The condition of having more jobs available than there is labor to fill them.

1. Purposeful and necessary to create and maintain state.

2. The employed are productively engaged. That is, there will be no desire to change jobs or lay-off staff in place concerned. In other words, productivity will be at an optimal level.

3. No underage person will be on the payroll. (To emphasize.)

4. Remunerations paid to the employed are satisfactory.

5. No restriction or limitations on the number of economic migrants that can get to area, region, country, etc.

6. (Reserved.) (There will be no underutilization of installed machinery or equipment, if any. Therefore, no unplanned loss will be suffered in situation.)

7. The economy and the consumers of goods and services will not experience a negative after-effect or suffer a fallout such as overheating, underutilization, overcapacity, etc. as direct outcome of everybody being employed.
