| OUTRIDER (1) Definition: A person who rides a motorcycle or a horse in front of or beside the vehicle of an important person in order to give protection. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Loyalty and/or patriotism is not in doubt. (To emphasize.) 3. Checks and ensures that machine is serviceable, or cross-checks the healthiness or wellness of animal before riding motorcycle or horse. 4. Rider is healthy, sensible and fit enough and also in the right frame of mind at the time. 5. Insured fully and licensed or certificated appropriately. 6. Properly kitted or well-dressed for riding activities. 7. Rides motorcycle or horse with care: keeps adequate distance, ensures that speed or horse's trot is right, does not engage in conversation with an unauthorized person(s), etc. And will, therefore, not hit any onlooker, fellow rider, etc. 8.
