Cause(s) is/are specific and identifiable; known and/or understood by all persons involved in display of anger or protest march. 4. Well-organized. That is, 'wailers' take the proper routes, choose the right times or timings, conduct selves peacefully - without damaging public or private properties, or destroying the environment or spoiling the ecosystem, etc. 5. 'Cry' will be convincing. That is, the rebels' cause(s) will be considered as reasonable and justified. 6. 'Screams' and 'shouts' will be clearly and timely heard by the right authority or authorities. 7. Reaction or protest will continue or lasts for an appreciable period to be able to have the impact desired or hoped for. 8. Acts and actions will not bring about an unplanned loss for organizers and participants, and especially for members of the public who are not reacting angrily or directly participating in march. 9. Issue(s) or matter(s) raised by reaction or protest will be addressed and there will be, therefore, no need for a repeat or an escalation or extension of rallies, marches, etc. And solution proffered will be long-lasting.
