| ORDER (9) Definition: (formal) The way that a society, the world, etc. is arranged, with its system of rules and customs. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Legal and authorized or approved by the organs, etc. responsible. 3. Rules and customs are specific and identifiable, unique or distinct, etc. to particular societies, etc. 4. The natural world and the environment or ecosystem, to the extent of its predictability, are taken care of by the arrangement. 5. What is arranged are the correct things, in respect of quality, placement, time or timing, components, etc. 6. Things arranged are complete in terms of quality or amount, stage of development, etc. That is, no immediate need to change it! 7. System of rules and customs are not immoral or unethical or illicit. And these are appreciated by others. 8. System is not confusing, even if complex. That is, what obtains or exists are easy to understand and are in conformity with the ethics, norms, etc. of the concerned region, state, country, etc. In other words, no strangeness in what obtains. 9. Arrangement has effective checks and balances to ensure its stability. And is independently able to determine the need and time, if necessary, for a review or change of the existing system. 10. System is not inequitable or unfair, prejudiced or in a disequilibrium, illogical or a farce! 11. Acceptable to all, therefore, appropriate cooperation, collaboration, understanding, etc. is available and maintained. 12.
