| ORDER (3) Definition: The state that exists when people obey laws, rules or authority. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Peace and security reigns supreme. 2. No unplanned loss occurs in situation. 3. No ill feelings, rumours, distrust, etc. in the state. Therefore, no likelihood of fights, punishment, enmity or war! 4. Waste, extravagance, mistakes, etc. are reduced or eliminated. 5. No danger or man-made emergency will arise in or from the state. 6. Satisfying. That is, law, rule or authority will not be be desired for a review or change. In other words, there will be no room for a new enactment or for fifth columnists! 7.
