Definition: (often used as an adjective) The act of choosing not to be involved in an agreement.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. A reason or basis exists for decision, even if this is undisclosed.

3. Choice to pull-out was made from the freewill or collective volition of a person or the people in a group.

4. Decision is timely made to help achieve goal(s).

5. No attempt will be made to sabotage the efforts or blackmail the people who accept agreement. And no gainful use will be made, after being excluded, of any information, contact, etc., if any, already secured from relationship.

6. No sanction, unplanned loss, disadvantage, embarrassment, etc. will be suffered for choosing not to accept agreement.

7. Act serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s).

8. Act will not be regretted in the future.
