Definition: (often used as an adjective) (in Britain) The action of a school or hospital that decides to manage its own money and is therefore no longer controlled by a local authority or similar organization.

5. School or hospital will not seek financial support or advice on finances from any of the organ(s) of group pulled-out from.

6. Act serves purpose(s), for as long as desired or required, with or without a provision or possibility to rejoin group.
