| OPPOSITION (2) Definition: (usually - the opposition) The people you are competing against in business, a competition, a game, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. They have a purpose and think it necessary - just as you. 2. Specific and identifiable people. (Connect to #4.) 3. Capable, willing and ready to gang up against you. (To emphasize.) 4. Person/people has/have no one in your camp that is on their side. 5. Never ready to surrender or give up pursuit. And cannot be convinced to break or pause, retreat, negotiate, etc. 6. Ready to break the rules, while hoping not to be caught and penalized, if it will give them/him/her an advantage. 7. Keeps you on your toes, thereby hopefully, making you a better, more effective competitor. 8. Will concede, when necessary and be magnanimous in defeat, if vanquished.
