| OPENNESS (3) Definition: The state or condition of being not confined or covered. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, especially if situation is man-made. 2. No substance such as smoke, fog, cloud, etc. is around or over the thing that is assumed or claimed opened. 3. State will bring no unplanned loss to thing as a result of being unconfined or uncovered. That is, no undesired damage, decay, etc. will occur to thing in condition. 4. Nothing transparent will be over thing. That is, even while thing is visible or being seen, no object will be in the line of sight. 5. No limitation or restriction exists for thing to be unreachable. Therefore, access to thing, mobility of thing, etc. will not be impeded under any circumstance. 6. State or condition remains for a duration considered adequate to help achieve objective(s). 7.
