| OPENNESS (2) Definition: The quality of being able to think about, accept or listen to different ideas or people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. No prejudices, misconceptions, subjectivity, etc. That is, frame of mind and mood at the time is excellent for thinking about, acceptability of or listening to other shades of opinions. 3. Quality will be thorough and lasts for as long as required. 4. There will be no limitations or restrictions in respect of time available or allowed to start and conclude process. 5. No worry or fear exists concerning the consequence that may arise from thinking, accepting or listening to other views or persons. 6.
