| OFFENSIVENESS (1) Definition: A quality or situation that causes you to feel upset, insulted or annoyed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, especially if quality or situation is man-made (see perfect FART (1)). 2. The feature(s) in the circumstance is/are specific and identifiable (see perfect REALITY (1)). 3. Cause or reason and talk, gesture, explanation, etc. has no other possible interpretation that might mean something unoffensive (see perfect ANGER). 4. Timing of act, fact, event, etc. is most inconvenient, in your opinion (to emphasize) (see perfect INSULT). 5. You are in no position to reply, respond, etc. in such a way that effect of offence will be ameliorated (see perfect ANNOYANCE (1)). 6. A loss, shame, embarrassment, etc., will be suffered in or from situation (see perfect FRAME OF MIND). 7. You did not contribute to bringing situation about by your action or inaction !
