| OFFENDER (2) Definition: A person or thing that does something wrong. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Person or thing has a purpose - to 'gain', duty, revenge, etc. - that is, whether inadvertently or deliberately, there is a reason. 2. This person or thing acknowledges wrongdoing if required or asked. That is, offender is honest, even if this will be only afterwards! 3. Person or thing shows some remorse after accepting the wrongness of a deed or action, though he or she may not necessarily apologize for - or plead guilty - about it (connect #2). 4.
