Condition or state or situation will be definite or considered most likely, whether permanent or changing, ongoing or concluded. 4. Form is plain and clear, not vague, obscurantist or confusing, be thing or situation a lie or the truth, negative or positive. 5. Features of quality will bring no doubts or misgivings, and raises no unanswered question or query. 6. Quality will not need to be interpreted and will require no conversion before it can be seen or attempted to be understood. That is, thing that is obvious will have only one 'face' or meaning. 7.
