| OBSTRUCTIONISM (1) Definition: (formal) The practice of trying to prevent a parliament or committee from making progress, passing laws, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity by the obstructionist(s). 2. Processes or procedures involved in practice will be started early, to help achieve the desired impact. 3. Methods or strategies adopted will not be overstretching or too expensive to cause an unplanned loss or result in some fallout. 4. Nothing illegal or illicit or immoral will be done or attempted, in the course of trying to prevent thing. And nothing 'suffered' or missed by who tries, will be considered as a loss in the situation. 5. Gain or benefit that will be envisaged from success (= delay, cancellation, etc.) will be considered, by who tries, as worthwhile. 6.
