| OBLITERATION Definition: The act or process of removing all signs of something either by destroying or covering it completely. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for who or what obliterates. 2. Appropriately authorized and approved (where required). 3. Act or process commences timely and proceeds rightly. 4. Destruction will be total, or coverage will be full. 5. No unplanned loss will be suffered by who performs act or action. 6. Removal will be finished or completed at the most auspicious time. 7. (Reserved.) (Sings of the thing removed will not be easily remembered or quickly recalled or constantly thought of. That is, it will be impossible for thing destroyed or covered to have any further impact or influence.) 8. No unplanned collateral damage will be caused, to surrounding or vicinity where thing is, during the act or process. 9.
