| NUDIST Definition: A person who does not wear any clothes because they believe that this is more natural and healthy. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity, in person's opinion. 2. Person has no body part(s) that is/are artificial. 3. State of nudity is at the right time when the elements are tolerant and nakedness will not result in a sickness, illness, infection, etc. 4. State does not infringe on the rights of others to seeing some 'decent' view. That is, person stays without clothes in the appropriate environment. In other words, nudity breaks no law and no scene is created by nakedness. 5. Does not openly or publicly compare his or her external body or sexual organ(s) with that/those of other nudist(s), if available. 6. No unplanned loss arises, immediately or afterwards, from the situation (connect to #3, #4 & #5). 7.
