| NON-STARTER Definition: (informal) A thing or a person that has no chance of success. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Does not get a clue, lead, hint, etc. to help make a success of effort that will be put into endeavour. 4. No assistance, help, support, aid, collaboration, cooperation, encouragement, etc. is available to or provided for person or thing. 5. Efforts that are or that will be made will be grossly inappropriate. 6. No chance for person or thing to steal or cheat to earn any measure of success. 7. Person has no self-belief or self-confidence. Or thing is completely useless or meaningless (connect to #5). 8. Person or thing has no ability or asset or capability or ... etc., that can be harnessed to work positively. 9. (Reserved.)
