| NON-RESIDENT (2) Definition: A person not staying at a particular hotel. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to be in place (= hotel) at point in time. 2. (Reserved.) (With full identification on his or her person!) 3. Well-behaved at all times within the hotel premises. 4. Clean, neat, healthy and orderly. 5. Does not flout any rule or regulation of the hotel being visited. That is, does not go to places not allowed, departs at the appropriate time, pays as a non-residential guest, when commercialized facilities are used (if applicable), etc. 6. Stays or is lodged in another hotel, nearby or far away, ... some one-star or five! (See definition, to emphasize.) 7. (Reserved.)
