There is full, unrestricted access to nuclear sites, installations, etc. by the relevant and qualified personnel of the appropriate international organization (= agents, inspectors, etc.). 5. Thorough and complete investigations, examinations, assessments, etc. are undertaken by the inspector(s) (connect to #4). 6. Complete compliance, by nuclear nations, with the recommendations of the inspectors is achieved. 7. A complete destruction of the extra (= excess) warheads, etc. if any, is accomplished. 8.
