| NON-ALIGNMENT Definition: A situation of not providing support for or receiving support from any of the powerful countries in the world. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Considered vital by neutral country to be non-aligned. 3. Position of neutrality is known from the very start, so an offer of, or demand for, support will not arise from powerful country. 4. Neutral country has representatives - Ambassadors, etc. - in all the major powerful countries. (To emphasize.) 5. Balanced and objective responses are always given, by non-aligned country, in matters concerning powerful countries. That is, no fear of the influence of powerful nations by 'smaller country'. 6. Neutral country has a need for supply and necessity for receipt of support (connect to #7). 7. Trade, negotiation, conducts, exchanges, commitments, etc. with powerful countries, are handled fairly by neutral country. That is, no unjustifiable concessions, underhand deals or sentimentality is involved in transactions between them. 8. Neutral country does not give or receive support indirectly, through a 'third' party or 'proxy' country. 9. State lasts for duration desired by neutral nation (connect to #6). 10. Condition of being not committed achieves objective(s), as planned or hoped for (connect to #9). 11.
