| NON-AGGRESSION Definition: (often used as an adjective) A relationship between two countries that have agreed not to attack each other. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for 'the meek'. 2. Considered vital by both countries to be friendly. 3. A parity or near-parity in military strength exists between both countries (to emphasize). 4. No artificial barriers is created between both countries. No trade restrictions, no existence of a no-man's land, etc. that can cause friction with unpredictable consequences. _______________________________ See perfect AGREEMENT (1). 5. No support or assistance is given to the 'enemy' of the country with which an agreement has been made, by the other partner in the pact. (Connect to #6.) 6. No attack is launched against the friend or supporter-nation of the country with which a relationship has been established. 7. Agreement is never specifically written or signed. 8. Relationship is sustained, whatever the odds. That is, agreement is never flouted by either of the countries.
