| NOISE (1) Definition: A sound, especially when it is loud, unpleasant or disturbing. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered a necessity to make loud, unpleasant sound. 3. Commences at the right time (and from the right quarters!). 4. Pitch of sound (= noise) is appropriate for the event, location, listeners, etc. That is, loudness is welcome and disturbance is gladly tolerated. 5. Sound lasts for duration desired, whether briefly, extended or prolonged. 6. No unplanned loss, such as a damage to the vocal cords, ear drums, etc. occur as a direct outcome of loud sound. 7. No liability arises from the situation, with or without a running noise monitor! That is, neighbour(s) or the neighbourhood, and those not directly connected with activity, is/are not disturbed by loudness of sound. 8. 'Sweet' to hear - even melodious to the ears!, whether a repeat is demanded or not. 9.
