| NO-HOPER Definition: (informal) A person or an animal that is considered useless or very unlikely to be successful. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Person or animal has no known ability or capability. 2. The determination, or aspiration, or perseverance, or will, or dream, of person or animal is not easily discernible, by the others. 3. Person or animal has no training or qualification or pedigree or experience, ... nothing, to rely on. 4. No reliable friend or supporter or benefactor or mentor or shepherd or ... with which a collaboration can be entered or an alliance formed to help become useful or achieve objective(s). 5. Person or animal has no asset, or vital, beneficial quality, trait, etc. to help attract help or assistance, with which usefulness can be pursued or prospects for progress can be considered real. 6. No reserves or savings. That is, person or animal has no fall back position (to emphasize). 7.
