| NO (3) Definition: A no is a person who has answered 'no' to a question or who has voted against something. No is also used to refer to their answer or vote. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven or eight elements, as applicable, would be in. * This is not about the reference to the answer or ballot. 1. He or she was conscious, and in the right frame of mind. 2. Clearly understood the question asked or the issue at hand. 3. Would have spoken or cast a ballot, of his or her own free will. 4. Took time to consider the negative response or sign given. 5. Has a hope, by way of a benefit, by not saying or voting yes. 6. (Reserved.) (Will not deny 'voice', especially in a secret ballot.) 7. Will have no regret, particularly if the person could have easily changed his or her mind. 8.
