Definition: A person who usually finds small mistakes in somebody's work or pays too much attention to small details that are not important.

1. Person has some purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are.

2. Person considers it necessary to detect mistakes.

3. Work has no big mistake(s) or important detail(s) that is/are left undetected (to emphasize).

4. Discovery of small mistakes is made timely.

5. Errors on being discovered, are not brought to the notice of who made mistakes in a mocking, cruel, nasty or petty manner.

6. No gratitude or gratification or appreciative remark is demanded or expected for finding out small mistakes/unimportant details.

7. Act achieves objective(s), whether or not a correction is made, or a gain is secured.
