| NINE-TO-FIVE Definition: A job in which the resumption time is at nine o'clock in the morning and closing is at five o'clock, which are the hours that people work in many offices from Monday to Friday. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Work is for a purpose and considered a necessity, whatever the terms and conditions of service of the particular employment. 2. Job satisfaction of full employee engagement will be obtainable at the workplace, whoever the colleagues or managers and/or owners. 3. Nature or manner of working will not exhaust worker such that the the '5-to-9' will not be worthless, whatever the schedule of duties. 4. Has a reasonable measure of job security - all other things being equal - whether or not employment offers the workers insurance covers. 5. The pay and allowances, with or without perks, will be considered good enough by the earner(s), notwithstanding the tax to be paid. 6. Overtime or extra hours will not be required to be put in the job or work, no matter how stringent the prevailing economic conditions. 7. Where job will need to be done will be easily accessible - no possibility of lateness and a subsequent financial penalty being paid. 8.
