| NIGHTCAP (1) Definition: A drink, usually containing alcohol, taken before going to bed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered necessary to take alcohol (= drink) at particular time. 3. Volume of alcoholic content in drink is appropriate. 4. Quantity drunk or quaffed is adequate to help achieve goal(s). 5. Taken at the right time - seconds or minutes, not hours!, before retiring to bed. (Connect to #6.) 6. Does not disturb moments before sleep or cause sleep to be delayed. 7. Drink does not cause sleep to be nightmarish or unpleasant. 8. Drink serves purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are. 9. Wake up time is unaffected (= not quickened or delayed) by the drink. 10.
