Purposeful and necessary, even if antenatal care was absent, for those commissioning and involved in study. 2. Starts or commences from the delivery room, immediately tot exits from the birth canal (to emphasize). 3. Newborn won't be out of sight of the 'scholar(s)' for a nanosecond. 4. Equipment and devices, if any, won't malfunction during the period. 5. Activities will be accompanied with life-saving act(s), if need be. 6. All the recorded information will be correct and complete. 7. Count(ing) won't be wrong; not less or more than sixty. 8.
