| NATURAL JUSTICE Definition: Justice based on innate human principles. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. There would be no desire to interfere with something that is a matter of course. [Sleep, or nap, or rest, once nature calls]. 2. There will be no clue beside the heart (search it) and mind (know it) and sense (feel it). [Extending kindness to lower animals]. 3. Will be meted out to all and sundry in equal measures, without discrimination, at all times. [Desiring freedom, liberty, life, etc.] 4. The timing, duration, frequency, etc. of occurrence will be faultless. [Confession/admission of guilt, and restitution/compensation]. 5. Never regretted by who dispenses treatment; calls for no rethink or change of mind. [There is, fair hearing as justice runs its course.] 6. Obligation must be met or fulfilled by whoever is experiencing treatment, even if it's exaction. [Giving self up to Police, if wanted!]. No irony. ___________ Not mob justice. Not legal justice. Not moral justice. Not social justice. Not jungle justice. Not divine justice. Not ethical justice. Not judicial justice.
