| MUTILATION (2) Definition: The act of damaging something very badly. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary in the opinion of who damages or what causes damage. 2. Thing has no substitute, copy, spare, etc. that can be effectively used in its place. (Connect to #3.) 3. Loss will be suffered as a direct result of damage (connect to #4). 4. No little or small useful or relevant part, component, etc. can be salvaged or obtained from the item damaged. 5. Thing mutilated is not totally or completely destroyed (see definition, to emphasize). 6.
