| MUSICAL CHAIRS (2) Definition: (often disapproving) A situation in which people frequently exchange jobs or positions. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the people involved in arrangement. 2. Officially approved or authorized, where necessary or required. 3. Jobs are better performed or executed with each exchange. That is, productivity increases every time there is a new hand on 'the plough'. 4. No loss, disadvantage, damage or destruction, etc., planned or unplanned, occurs from exchanges. 5. Stay in new job or task, post or position, lasts for desired period of time for each person involved (connect to #3). 6. Exchanges achieves objective(s) (connect to #7). 7.
