| MUSEUM PIECE (2) Definitions: i. (old-fashioned) A thing or person that is old-fashioned, or old and no longer useful. ii. If you describe an object or a building as a museum piece, you mean that it is old and unusual. ______________________________________________________________________ * Description will fit if all five elements are in. 1. Thing - object or building - was acquired, created, designed, built, etc. for a purpose and believed necessary. PAST. 2. Had served its purpose fully and/or satisfactorily. HISTORY. 3. Can still be useful/usable or beneficial/profitable in some little way, known or unknown. ARCHAIC, ANCIENT. 4. Brings no unplanned loss, results in no regret, causes no disadvantage, embarrassment, etc. 'BYGONE'. 5. Can't be remodelled or 'retouched' to become modern.
