| MURDER (1) Definition: The crime of killing somebody deliberately. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, in killer's opinion, to waste a life - not senseless. 2. No mistaken identity; not a wrong or innocent or strange or unknown victim. (Connect to #2.) 3. Wicked act is concluded or completed quickly, not some slow, painful killing. 4. Person killed is deserving of death, in the killer(s) opinion. And the person's corpse is not given any important treatment after act, by the murderer(s). 5. Victim was not prepared or ready, in this way, and/or at the time. 6. Person killed was not unaware of the approach of danger and death. 7. Act cannot be justified and will not be endorsed in or by law. And person is not someone that has been lawfully condemned to death in absentia, or declared as one who is wanted 'dead or alive'. 8. Killer(s) escape justice - the jungle variety or the legal kind. 9.
