| MUGGING Definition: The crime of attacking somebody violently, or threatening to do so, in order to steal their money, especially in a public place. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for criminal(s). 2. (Reserved.) (No human presence in place. Or the people in public place are incapable of repelling attack; 'handicapped'.) 3. Great physical and/or psychological injury will be suffered by the victim(s). And mugger is not injured in any way! 4. A 'kill' will be made. That is, attack or threat will yield substantial money for the thief or thieves! 5. Criminal(s) will get away from scene and escape justice, whether pursued or not, and whether declared wanted or not by the police. 6.
