| MOTIVATOR (1) Definition: A person that is responsible for the particular way of action or behaviour of somebody else. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Has an influence on, or is actively involved in the other's activities, directly or indirectly, and not necessarily in a physical or practical way. 2. Does not have an ulterior motive - not expecting to benefit after accomplishment is attained. And not planning or in a position to take advantage of the one motivated. 3. "Hero's" act, action, etc. are encouraging and supportive. And person applies or applied only the right and legal methods or tactics in his or her style. And will fully cooperate or be available whenever needed. 4. Persevering, persistent and making sacrifices that can be emulated. And/or making comments, gestures, or having a record or reputation, etc. that can only spur action (= progress, regression?) in a particular direction. 5. Will be present and accessible whenever required. That is, can be seen, reached, contacted, etc. at most important moments. Or his or her memory subsists for the duration required to act as a motivating factor. 6. Makes no unreasonable request on the person being motivated.
