| MOTIVATION (2) Definition: The situation when someone is made to want to do something, especially something that involves hard work or effort. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. End result or final outcome is envisaged as beneficial. That is, what is to be tried, is believed, will in the end bring only satisfaction, applause, appreciation, gain, profit, advantage, etc. to the person making attempt. 2. There is a certainty that failure or inability to successfully accomplish objective will earn derision, a boo, condemnation, etc., including the possibility of incurring great a loss or great losses. 3. No intimidation, threat or use of force is involved in trying to get person to do difficult thing. 4. Dangers, risks, etc. that may be encountered in the process are known, even if unprepared for! 5. Distraction, sabotage, obstacles, non-cooperation, a misfortune or discouragement, etc. will not be allowed to overwhelm person with desire to do thing. 6. Thing that will be tried is 'unique', 'special', record-breaking or a 'first', etc. for the person to make try. 7.
