Definition: The reason why somebody does something or behaves in a particular way.

1. Specific and identifiable, even if unknown to others.

2. Reason is measurable and/or assessable, whether good or bad, low or high, etc.

3. Exists or is present for the appropriate duration - brief or long - necessary to motivate person.

4. Has a benefit or gain, not a loss, disadvantage or danger - temporary or long-lasting - to the person with reason.

5. Reason is not plainly an illegality. And has no trace of immorality or an unethical conduct, that may result in an unplanned loss or regret(s) for doer or the person with particular attitude.

6. Serves purpose(s). That is, an act or a deed, action, inaction, reaction or overreaction, as applicable or necessary, must happen as a direct outcome of reason.
