The best possible care, love, support, protection, etc. is provided for child/children, offspring(s), etc. possessed or under care, in the state. 5. The child/children, offspring(s), etc. of a different mother or different mothers can be equally properly and appropriately or temporarily sheltered in the state (to emphasize). 6. The qualities of tolerance, patience, kindness, truthfulness, etc. will be present and displayed. 7. No regrets of any kind will be had for what nature has provided. That is, there will be no thought of infanticide, abortion, suicide, child molestation, labour or abandonment, etc., etc. 8. Achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s).
