Purposeful and necessary. 2. Atmosphere will be conducive. That is, no likelihood of a decomposition as a result of body being in particular place. In other words, place is appropriately equipped. 3. Safe, secured and protected. 4. Clean, neat and tidy; not smelly. 5. Access to and from place is convenient, wherever located. 6.
