| MONOPOLIZATION (1) Definition: A situation where control is taken of the largest part of something so that other people are prevented from sharing it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary for who makes 'seizure'. 2. Others denied are entitled to and desirous of the whole - or that part - of the particular thing. 3. No law or rule is broken or flouted by the act. 4. No physicality is involved in securing monopoly. And therefore no injury will arise in or from the situation. 5. Smaller, free and available part(s) is/are of no real, serious benefit to the people denied share (= access, use or application) of the item. 6. A loss will be suffered by those denied. And this will not be possible to be regained or recouped (to emphasize, connect to #8). 7. Total control taken serves purpose(s). That is, what is intended to be achieved by who takes charge of the major part of thing or situation, is accomplished as exactly hoped for. 8. Monopolist(s) will offer no apology for act. And will suffer no sanction, punishment, embarrassment, etc., as a result. 9.
