Definition: The state of being not very large, expensive, important, etc.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Something bigger (largeness), costlier (expensive) and better (importance) can be obtained or afforded.

3. Nothing of value, planned or unplanned, will be lost, as a result of state of size, quality or value (connect to #2).

4. There is no desire to increase or improve or emphasize thing.

5. Lasts for the duration desired, whether it can be changed or not.

6. Serves purpose(s), in condition.
